The Last Voyage of the Demeter (2023)

Rating: 7.9

The Last Voyage of the Demeter, or as it’s more commonly known, "Dracula on a Boat", is actually pretty decent! It’s a solid watch with great use of eerie, claustrophobic atmosphere, fun horror and awesome kills! Plus the effects, whether it be makeup or CGI, look really great. I loved the setpieces and found it really did strike the same sort of feel as the original Alien. Gotta love a solid fantasy-horror flick!

I just want to see what happens next! Loved the tone and take on Dracula so much I’d love to see them do the full story and not just a chapter! The ending has an amazing setup for a sequel….

It’s like… Dracula’s version of Rogue One!
